This privacy policy applies only to the game “Metropixia” and explains how CasualPixel collects, uses, and protects personal data from its users. This policy may be updated from time to time, for example when a new version of the game is released or in response to legal, technical, business, or other changes.
In case of significant changes, the date at the top of this policy will be updated to keep you informed. Additional notice may be provided if necessary.

Your continued use of the game constitutes acceptance of any updates to this policy.


Offline Data Usage


“The Falling Plane” can be played offline, without an internet connection. In this case:
  • No personal data is collected: no cookies, tags, or other tracking files.
  • Files created on your device are limited to save files necessary for game functionality.
  • Some features may require access to your device’s clock, solely for gameplay purposes. No data is used for other purposes.


Online Features and Data Collected


When connected to the internet, The Falling Plane may collect limited data through the following tools:


---Firebase (Google)---

Used as an online database to store player information.

Saved data includes:
  • Player name or username
  • Email
  • Best score
  • Number of coins (in-game currency)
  • Unlocked content (skins, levels, items)
  • Account ID (automatically generated by Firebase)


---AdMob (Google)--- 

Used to display ads in the game.

  • May collect anonymous information such as your device ID, usage statistics, or region, in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy. 
  •   Ads comply with COPPA and Google Play Families Policy.


---GDevelop Dashboard---

Provides anonymous analytics including:


  • Number of sessions
  • Number of players
  • Retention data (how many players return after several days)
 
All data collected is anonymized and used only to improve game performance and user experience. No personal data is shared with third parties.


In-Game Accounts and Data Management


When you create an account or connect online, a unique user ID is generated and linked to your game data on Firebase.
Your account stores the following information:
  • Username
  • Email 
  • Score and coins 
  • Unlocked content
  • Other local progress related to your gameplay


You can request account deletion at any time by contacting us at HERE.
Once deleted, all data related to your account will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.


In-App Purchases


The Falling Plane may include optional in-app purchases.
  • All payments are processed securely through Google Play or Apple App Store.
  • CasualPixel does not collect or store any payment or billing information.
  • Google or Apple may collect limited information for transaction processing — see their respective Privacy Policies for details.


Advertising


We use Google AdMob to display in-game ads.
AdMob may use your device’s advertising ID to deliver personalized or non-personalized ads, depending on your device settings.
You can change your ad preferences in your device’s settings at any time.
For child-friendly users, ad filters are activated to block sensitive or inappropriate categories such as:
  • Sexual content
  • Gambling
  • Alcohol
  • Violence or shocking imagery
All ads shown in The Falling Plane comply with COPPA and Google Play Families Policy requirements.


Data Sharing


We do not share or sell any personal data to third parties.
The only third parties involved are trusted service providers such as:
  • Google (Firebase, AdMob, Google Play Services)
  • GDevelop Dashboard (analytics)
These partners process data only to provide their services and under strict privacy standards.


Data Retention


We keep your personal data only as long as necessary for game functionality or as required by law.
When you request deletion, your data will be erased from Firebase and our internal systems.


Children’s Privacy


The Falling Plane is designed for all audiences, including children under 13.
To protect young players:
  • Only minimal data (nickname, score, coins) is collected.
  • Ads are filtered to ensure they are age-appropriate.
  • Firebase and AdMob are implemented in compliance with the COPPA (U.S.) and GDPR (EU) regulations.
If we learn that we have unintentionally collected personal data from a child, we will delete it immediately.


Your Rights


Depending on your location, you may have rights under the GDPR, such as:
