The Privacy Policy aims to detail the processing of personal data of users who use CasualPixel's services and applications. This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time, based on the release of a new version of the game or in response to legal, technical, commercial, and other changes.

If such updates are necessary, and if they bring significant changes, then the date at the top of the notice will be revised to keep you informed. An additional notice may be sent depending on the specificity of these modifications.

We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy each time you access our services to stay informed about our information practices and ways you can help protect your privacy. Your continued use of the Services signifies your acceptance of the modifications made to this Privacy Policy.



Data used offline.

CasualPixel games have the unique feature of being games that do not require mandatory connection to a 4G or Wi-Fi network. It is entirely possible for you to play in offline mode. In this case, our games do not collect personal data, so no cookies, tags, or other files will be collected.

Furthermore, regarding the management of application files, only backup files will be created on your phone.

For proper functioning, some applications may need access to your phone's clock, but this data will not exceed the limits of its use within the game.



Which types of data will be collected online?

​Once connected to the network, several data can be sent to our servers, notably through two SDKs:

  • Google AdMob: which enables in-game advertisements and collects certain in-game data.
  • Firebase : Used as a database to save your scores and usernames.

Our game engine, GDevelop, may also have the opportunity to collect usage data depending on the game being played.


Regarding Google AdMob and advertisements.

If our applications can access the internet through any type of connection, we may potentially display third-party advertisements through Google Ads in our Services. If you do not wish to be subject to these technologies, do not use or access our Services.

Google Ads may use information about you, such as your advertising ID, to identify users who may be interested in our services and display advertisements to them. They may also use this information to determine if you are an existing user of our services and exclude you from future advertising of our services

Regarding Firebase.

Firebase is a set of hosting services for any type of application. In our case, this SDK is only used as a database. Once in the game, if you want to access the online leaderboard and share your high scores, it will be mandatory to use a Firebase database. Your username written in the game's text object and your best score will be saved on this server.

Additionally, these two tools can provide general statistical data on your interactions with the application. None of this data will be transmitted to third parties or companies. They will be used solely for observation and optimization purposes.

Regarding the GDevelop Dashboard.

As the name suggests, it is a dashboard that allows us to analyze and track the activities of users of our applications. Here's what you can find: [List the features or information available on the dashboard :

  • The number of sessions (the number of times the game has been launched).
  • The number of players for the selected day and the number of new players (who have not launched the game before - unless they have uninstalled the game).
  • The number of players who replay within 7 days after their first play (this is called "retention").

All this data is only used within the company to analyze and improve the functionalities of our applications. They are in no way shared with other individuals or services external to us. They are collected anonymously during the game's launch, and none of them are linked to your identity or personal information.



​Other data (Store):

According to the hosting platforms of our game, Google PlayStore or Apple's App Store, certain data will be collected to measure the performance of our applications. This may include browsing information about the page visited, such as the number of downloads, page views, and how you arrived on the page, among other metrics.

on Play Store :

Google services will automatically provide us with your user data during the download of the application. This includes:

  • Age: When you download our game, we collect your age as you have indicated it on Google.
  • Device Information: We collect information about the device you use to access our Services, including details about the device type, software, and hardware, Media Access Control ("MAC") address, and other unique device identifiers (such as device ID and advertising ID), device token, mobile network information, and timezone.
  • Location Information: We collect location information to comply with legislation and policies that apply to your region.
  • Usage Information: Relates to your usage of our applications.

Rules for family-friendly content.


Some games like "The Falling Plane" target a very broad audience, including children under the age of 13. To comply with this, they must meet requirements imposed by Google Play or certain laws, such as COPPA in the United States or GDPR in the European Union..

Here is everything you need to know:

  • Application Content: Each application that can be downloaded by a child under the age of 13 will have its content adapted for this age group. This includes non-violent colors and visual effects, rewards, and collectible items with limited use of text.
  • Collected Data: The collected data remains minimal and is summarized by everything mentioned in the preceding blocks.
  • Advertisements: To cater to children, a selection of ads and blocking of sensitive content has already been done based on AdMob settings. None of the mentioned fields will be shared through advertisements: Partial nudity/Dating/Sexual references/Sexual and reproductive health/Sensationalism/Alcoholic beverages/Gambling and games of chance (over 18 years old).
  • API and SDK: Both our SDKs are approved for use in services intended for children and are implemented in a way that does not collect personal data from them (only a first name or nickname). They both comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) ,  The " Règlement général sur la protection des données de l'Union européenne "and any other applicable law or regulation.
